| The heart of the cell ^ tool TIRFM is a modular multi-port illumination system, which up to three lasers and a MT10 and MT20 contains Widefield fluorescence light. The cell ^ tool TIRFM system is an extension of the cell ^ M and cell
^ R imaging stations. The device enables laser-based , high-resolution analysis of cell surfaces and membranes, with the option to simultaneously create Weitfeldaufnahmen . The control of the TIRFM illumination unit via the Experiment Manager of the cell ^ M and cell ^ R software. The cell ^ tool TIRFM supports not only the quality TIRF imaging technique , but also offers all the powerful functions of the cell *- imaging stations.
The cell ^ tool TIRFM can be purchased both as a turnkey system or
as an extension to the existing cell ^ M and cell ^ R imaging station.
