- Born in Gaza in April 16, 1953.
- Graduated from the Faculty of "dentistry", Cairo University, 1979.

With Nasser al political and diplomatic experience and accumulated enormous stretches over thirty-six years, because of his involvement in political and diplomatic action since his early youth, and this is illustrated by the following narrative of the most important positions held by his life in the process:
- Began his political career joining the membership of the "open" in 1969, then was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the General Union of Palestine Students, then a member of the Executive Committee of the Union, and finally president of the Union in the period between 1978 to 1982.
- In 1975 became a member of the Palestinian National Council, which is the Palestinian parliament in exile.
- In 1986, he served as Assistant Permanent Representative to the Palestinian mission at the United Nations, then served as the Permanent Representative of International Organization in Palestine in 1991.
